Terms and Conditions of Booking

By enrolling in any of our courses, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual understanding.

1. Course Cancellations by the Organiser

• In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course or study day, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule it.
• If rescheduling is not feasible, we will issue a refund of the course or study day fee, minus a 10% administrative charge to cover processing costs.

2. Delegate Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (e.g., email). Refund eligibility is based on the notice period:

• More than four weeks’ notice: Full refund less a 10% administration fee.
• Two to four weeks’ notice: 50% refund. However, if the cancelled place is filled, a full refund will be issued less a 10% administration fee.
• Less than two weeks’ notice: No refund or transfer will be provided. In rare cases where the place is filled, a full refund will be given, minus a 10% administrative fee.

3. Transfers between Course Dates

• Requests to transfer to an alternative date must be made in writing (e.g., via email) and will be subject to availability.
• If the original place cannot be filled, a transfer may not be granted.
• Delegates who request a second transfer will be charged a £65 administrative fee.
• If a delegate is eligible for a transfer but cannot immediately select a new date, a credit note will be issued.
  • Credit notes are valid for two years from the date of issue.
  • They are applicable only to courses of the same value. If the new course costs more, the delegate must pay the difference; if it costs less, any remaining balance may be applied to future bookings.
  • Credit notes are strictly non-refundable and can only be used for course transfers.

4. Photography, Audio, and Video Recording

• Please be aware that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur during our courses.
• By attending, you consent to being recorded or photographed and agree that such media may be used by British Medical Courses for promotional, educational, or informational purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing materials, and press releases. This consent is granted in perpetuity.
• If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, you must notify us in writing prior to the course.

5. Online Resources Usage

• All video content provided on britishmedicalcourses.co.uk is the exclusive intellectual property of Unique British Medical Courses Limited and is protected by copyright.
• These materials are provided solely for private study and must not be copied, shared, or distributed in any form.
• We reserve the right to immediately revoke access to any user suspected of violating these terms or misusing the resources in any way.
